Welcome to Abomis Innovations. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (abomis.com), software applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Abomis Innovations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services strictly in accordance with these Terms and any separate executed agreement (such as an MSA).

  • Eligibility: You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

2. User Responsibilities and Accounts

To access certain features of our aviation and ground handling modules, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You agree to notify Abomis Innovations immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • All data provided must be accurate and up to date.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and logos on the Service are the exclusive property of Abomis Innovations or its licensors. No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is transferred to you.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As an organization maintaining SOC 2 compliance, we implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abomis Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Abomis Innovations in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Service Availability & Support

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Abomis Innovations does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows and updates will be communicated to active customers in advance where possible.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
