Web Based Check-in Applications

The Web Applications are improvement tools which are mainly used for rostering and personnel management. Mobile Check-in

Online check-in

Online check-in is the process in which passengers use internet to check-in online and confirm the information needed prior the flight (e.g., meal options and baggage quantities and preferred seat number). In this process, passengers are able to print their own boarding pass outside an airport, and consequently avoid the long Check-in traffic at the airports.

Kiosk Check-in

Kiosk Check-in is a self-service approach for passengers to check-in using specific kiosks located at the airport. They can conveniently enter the necessary information and print their boarding pass via the Check-in kiosk.

The most common way of Check-in at the airport is carried out via Check-in counters. Check-in staffs receive the necessary information from passengers and print the boarding pass for them.
